Report an Outage

If you see a fallen power line, please call 911 immediately and stay away from the area and keep children away! Always assume that electrical lines, including underground lines are energized.

If the power is out to your home or business, call (618) 262-5151 or Toll Free 1-877-262-7036. Please provide your name, the address for the outage you are reporting, and a phone number where you can be contacted to verify that your service has been restored. It is also helpful if you can report any additional information you observed, such as a loud boom or any lines or trees that may be down in your area.
